While we respect Dave Ramsey’s 7 Baby Steps and the thousands he’s helped, we don’t necessarily consider him an expert in running an Airbnb. We agree with Dave that operating an Airbnb is work and should be treated as a full business—but that’s exactly how you make money on the platform! With that said… are we replacing carpet after every guest? Absolutely not.
