Twixtor ALTERNATIVE in Premiere Pro! (Tutorial)
Here's an alternative to twixtor that's built into Premiere Pro, and it's called "Optical flow"! If you can't install twixtor for whatever reason, optical flow is very similar and can slow down clips and be used for time remapping. No need for any third-party plugins! Of course though, twixtor is far better than optical flow and with optical flow, there are no settings meaning you cannot reduce any warping.
