0:18 weighing empty vehicles on axle scales
1:17 measurement of transport, position of axles and hitch
1:50 calculation of the loading scheme with balance along the axes in the TruckLoader program
2:25 axle scales weighing of the truck loaded according to the transport scheme
2:58 comparison with the sensor in the driver's cab
3:36 comparison of results for loading 21.6 tons in a 17-ton refrigerator
4:25 comparison of program results and weights for the third loading
At the Danone site, we tested the possibility of increasing the loading in a refrigerator to 21-22 tons without exceeding the axle loads. It turned out that this is quite real. For all three trucks, we managed to increase the standard order and show a good agreement between the program calculations and the scale readings. So it is possible to transport 21-22 tons of cargo in a refrigerator without overloading the axles, if the transport was initially analyzed (at least for the total weight) and the loading scheme is simulated in the program (www.TLrun.com).
