In this Tutorial i will show you how to add a new team for PES 2016 by the PTE Patch option in the PTE Patch 4 ( same method for PTE 5.0) which is "Unblock Extra team" , also i will show you how to Edit the New Team and the Players, so follow this video very carefully to avoid any errors, and if you don't have the PTE 4.0 yet then check the link below:
