Text and Fonts
Figma uses fonts from Google’s Font Repository.
Press “T” or Click on the Text Icon
Click to create a text field
Type your name
Find “Lato” in the font list under the Text Properties Panel
and change the size to 64
Duplicate your text with “Ctrl+D” and choose a different font you like
Duplicate your text again by holding “Alt” and clicking and dragging.
Try one more super fun font and change the size to 72
Text can have all the same fill options as the shapes we created in the previous lessons. Try out some different combinations!
