Private/Personal IT - Don't undervalue people who offer
Isn't it funny that if you work in the world of tech or IT, people come to you with their cries of help when their phones/laptops/microwaves/sinks go wrong?
It's so easy to underestimate the people that do this sort of thing. Don't be one of those people.
