How to pay HEC/ETC Fee| How to pay HEC fee through 1 Link online
Applicants will have to first pay the attestation fee online through 1-link and verify the payment in their profile. After verification of payment, the option of download application form will be enabled on applicants' profile.
DEGREE ATTESTATION THROUGH COURIER SERVICE
For Domestic Applicants:
HEC has officially designated the TCS Courier Company to facilitate the domestic attestation seekers for getting attestation of educational documents from all over Pakistan. In this regard, the applicants will hand over the application form, relevant educational & other documents courier service charges at respective centers of TCS. Applicants will have to first pay the attestation fee online through 1-link and verify the payment in their profile. After verification of payment, the option of download application form will be enabled on applicants’ profile.
The courier company would be responsible to get attestation of documents from HEC and return the same to applicants.
If documents are returned un-attested due to any reason, applicant may apply for refund by submitting a formal application to DG (Finance) HEC by duly mentioning HEC’s application ID number, 1-Link consumer number, Bank Account details.

Degree Attestation through Courier Service Domestic
For International Applicants:
HEC has officially designated Gerry's FedEx International, Islamabad, Pakistan to facilitate the attestation seekers living abroad for getting attestation of educational documents. In this regard, the applicant will send the application form, relevant educational & other documents, Bank draft of courier charges to designated office of courier company.
The courier company would be responsible to get attestation of documents from HEC and return the same to applicants.

Note:
Applicants are advised to ensure that their contact number(s), postal address and valid e-mail are given in the online application form, so that they can be contacted in case of any clarification.
All those applicants who apply for attestation through courier service and require documents in sealed envelope (for WES/ICAS etc.) are advised to inform the courier service company for arranging photocopies of HEC attested documents for their record before placing in envelope for seal.
