A stroll through Rome with the ARRI Signature Zooms
After using our Signature Zooms for a shoot set against the backdrop of Rome’s ancient monuments, Cinematographer and TRINITY operator Stefano Paradiso AIC gave us his feedback: “The first thing I noticed about the ARRI Signature Zooms is their incredible closeness to the Signature Prime series that I'd already worked with. You can mix the zooms and the primes without any noticeable differences. Skin tones are extremely natural and even when shooting at medium apertures of T4 or T5.6, the focus fall-off has a very good character and gradualness. Shooting among the Roman ruins and monuments, no distortion was visible. The Signature Zooms cover a huge focal length range and provide incredible image continuity. Finally, their lightness is an essential and practical feature on today's sets, in particular the lightweight 16-32 mm is a perfect ally for the ARRI TRINITY stabilizer. It allows great quality and speed.”
