Is C1 Raiden Worth It?
In todays video I test out the damage difference between C0 R1 Engulfing Lightning VS C1 R5 The Catch VS C1 R1 Engulfing Lightning. In this testing I found that C1 gives a decent damage buff however Engulfing Lightning will give more. The true power of Raiden comes with C2 and in order to get C2 you have to get C1 which is why I think you shouldn't summon for Engulfing lightning.
