The snap tool in 4d cinema has three general modes: 3d snap, 2d snap, and auto snap. Snap behavior in 3D is different from 2d. 3d snap mode means that when you want to snap a point to another point, for example, the two points go exactly together. But in 2d mode, only their directions become one.
