Dry Ice Cleaning & Ceramic Coating an Italian car you've NEVER HEARD OF!
The 1st one ever made and was the prototype for the series II.
Was also the show car at the Turin Motor Show in 1970.
Was also mentioned in the book, Men and Machines, to be Mr. Rivolta’s personal car.
We had the pleasure of dry ice blasting and detailing an Iso Grifo, an Italian touring car made by ISO Rivolta from 1965-1974. This car is what it would be like if Ferrari and Chevy had a baby out of wedlock. We had the pleasure of dry ice cleaning the engine bay, applying paint correction, buffing all the parts and trim pieces, and giving the interior of this Concours winner a nice detail as well.
This is a Series II, five-speed ISO and only 22 of them were made... So it's safe to say this was a pretty rare classic car to have in our hands.
The Iso sported a 5.4L small block 327 Chevy V8 engine and timeless Italian styling. I think my favorite part is the gorgeous interior!
