UTD 360C with West German Vintage MX Blacks Typing Sounds

Board: UTD 360C (copy of OTD Corsa 360c)
Plate: Aluminum, top mounted
Switches: "West German" Vintage Cherry MX Blacks. Lubed with 205g0 (light, 2 swipes per rail) and TX filmed.
Springs: Sprit 63.5g springs
Insulation: None
Stabilizers: Durock, lubed with 205g0
Keycaps: GMK Oblivion Hagoromo Alphas, GMK Burgundy modifiers, Nines Keypora
Deskmat: randomfrankp x NK deskmat
Background on switches: I was told these were "West German" vintage cherry mx blacks. They've been used and well worn. There's no indicator on the switch itself as to what year it's from or where it's from.. but my source got them from a university and the told me these were from 1993. These have PCB mount legs and came from a G80 board.
This board is NIIIIIICE. Even though it's "just" a top mount, well designed TKLs just sound good. This is a copy of one of the most renowned TKL boards on the market, the OTD Corsa 360c. It's a damn good copy, too. I love my share of 60% and 65% keyboards, but you can't match the sound/feel of a good TKL. The vintage mx blacks in here are admittedly a little scratchy, but they have character. I really love the clack that comes out of these. It's just a nice crisp clack that is very unique to cherry mx black switches. Is it worth it to chase after vintage mx blacks? Probably not. Just buy alpacas (or any other JWK/Durock variant). If you must have the cherry sound, just harvest some cherry switches from anything and use the switch tops with durock bottom housings. This is a solid board, and it didn't cost me as much as cough other boards in my collection.
