ModSecurity is a module of our Firewall. It contains a set of rules which recognize any suspicious actions that are performed on your website. However, sometimes they are triggered by common actions performed by you - they give false positives
And I want to clarify that it is not possible to modify the server Firewall settings on our Shared Hosting servers on the client's end to my regret. It is because there is no access to the corresponding settings of the server with user access. And it is not possible to check the server logs to clarify the reason for a block as well. Moreover, such changes can not be configured due to technical restrictions and security concerns. However, we can always whitelist the rules which are triggered for you on our end.
