The Tattered Journal Side Quest Begins
I found another side quest on the Siren Isle that you can do and you need go inside a cave that has singing tablet and there bunch npcs around it. Once you click on it it takes you forgotten vaults and there bunch mobs you need fight to get through to start this side quest. Hope this video helps and thanks for watching this video everyone.
