When simulating a real race car brake 2 features are really important: A linear measurement of the force applied on the pedal as well as a progressive feel of the brake pedal. The progressive feel is generated by our new Heusinkveld brake elastomers. Today we're taking a closer look 👀 at how different settings in the elastomer stack influence the feel of the Sim Pedals Sprint brake pedal.

Both the softest and hardest setting of the Sim Pedals Sprint brake elastomer stack are tested, measuring the pedal travel under a controlled 65kg force. We perform these tests in our in-house in our own test laboratory, where we also do automated testing up to 1.000.000+ duty cycles in an overload situation to continuously test our brake elastomers.

What is your personal brake pedal setting preference? Ultra-stiff, really soft or somewhere in the middle? Let us know in the comments! 👇
