COMEDK 2020 - Exclusive Round of Counseling, Schedule, Eligibility, Fee payment, how to participate

COMEDK is conducting the Exclusive Round of
Counseling, the schedule and process of which is annexed to this
notification. The following candidates only are eligible to participate in the
Exclusive Round of counseling:
1) Supplementary candidates of current year whose document
verification is approved.
2) Candidates who participated by filling choices and who have not been
allotted a seat in any of the earlier round.
3) Accept & Freeze candidates of Round-3 who were allotted a General
Merit seat.
All the candidates, including the Supplementary candidates have to provide
their consent for participation in the Exclusive Round.
Please note that the allotment for this round will be purely based on general
category seats only. Since this is the final round of counseling, all the
candidates who want to participate in this round have to pay the part of
tuition fee of Rs. 50,000/- in advance (Rs. 55,000/- for Architecture
candidates), except for Accept & Freeze candidates of Round-3.
Keeping in view the paucity of time, the candidates who are allotted a seat in
the Exclusive Round of Counseling are required to report to the allotted
college on or before 5:30 PM of 2 Jan 2021 and complete the admission
formalities.
All other terms and conditions set out in the Counseling Process Document
published on 10.09.2020 and subsequent notifications shall prevail to the
extent not contrary to this notification.

Steps for participation in Exclusive Round
1. Opening of consent form for eligible candidates.
2. Candidate consents to accept seat that is allocated in Exclusive
Round .All candidates who provide consent have to makes payment of
Rs. 50,000/- in advance (Rs.55,000/- for Architecture candidates),
except for Accept & Freeze candidates. Since this is the final round,
candidates have to pay part of tuition fee in advance to be considered
in this round.
3. Choice filling/editing will be available only for candidates who provide
consent and have completed payment as mentioned above.
i. Supplementary candidates and candidates who were not allotted
any seat in previous rounds can add/reorder/remove preferences
in choice filling form.
Note: Please add all the college and course names that you are
willing to take admission in your Preference Table as there will be
Rollover of seats held by Accept and Upgrade candidates.
ii. Status of the Accept & Freeze candidates who consent to
participate in this round will be changed to Accept & Upgrade
and they can delete/reorder the preferences in Choice filling form
which are above the preference number that was allotted during
Round-3.
4. Allotment is shown to candidate in Decision making tab.
5. Candidate clicks on "Accept & Freeze" and prints allotment letter &
Fee Receipt and reports to the college. There is no option to Reject the
seat allotted.
REPORTING AND FINAL ADMISSION:
 All candidates who participate and are allotted a seat in Exclusive
Round will be considered as deemed to be admitted on 31.12.2020
 Accept and Freeze candidates of Round 3 participating in Exclusive
Round:
i. Part of Tuition fee paid to COMEDK will be transferred to the
newly allotted college in Exclusive Round.
ii. In case you have already reported to the college allotted in Round
3, you are requested to immediately complete your admission
formalities at the newly allotted college in the Exclusive Round.
iii. Please contact the earlier allotted college for claiming the balance
fee paid at college
