[Limited edition] Android EL01 Torso Ver.2 resin art statue mechanical girl figurine by Japanese artist Prototype "K" and renowned studio Manas S+U+M.

Now available in a black color theme and translucent body details, the Ver.2 of the Android EL01 Torso is a stunning art piece that looks gorgeous in bright or dark environments.

Created in collaboration with Japanese artist Prototype "K", this Ex Machina-inspired hand painted statue is limited to 300 pieces worldwide. The Android EL01 Torso V2 is carefully crafted one by one with high quality resin and great attention to details.

Inspired by the aesthetics of Ex Machina "Ava" robotic character, the work as a whole maintains K’s original artistic fingerprint. In order to better show the skin texture of the work, after trying different attempts and production approaches, K and the Mana SUM team decided to use the process of creating movie props to present the skin part of the work, resulting in a more realistic and authentic expression of texture.

THE ARTIST:
Prototype "K" is a Japanese artist famous for fusing and exploring the beauty of the human body and machinery. A former automotive designer, K started to get involved in the field of prototyping in order to let more people understand his aesthetic heart. His works have received widespread attention and praise worldwide. K hopes to show the public his interpretation of "life continuation" through the beautiful fusion of humanoid biology and machinery.
