The Placement of the Wulg is pretty inconsistent. Its inclusion as a Grand Claw Wyvern in this video is based on the MHRise Phylogeny, the newest one we have, which changed it compared to the Iceborne one.
Viper Kadachi kinda just went missing but yes he obviously exists and is a subspecies of the Tobi Kadachi Genus.
