On this episode of Make It Kustom, I am finishing the floor pan around the transmission tunnel and toe boards. After designing the desired shape, I CNC plasma cut a 10 gauge structure that my sheet metal can be plug welded to. Next, I map out my pattern and transfer it for bead rolling. Once cut and rolled, the panel is bent and fit into place.

To achieve these bead rolled floor panels I will be using:

Hypertherm Powermax 65 CNC plasma cutter
My handmade bead roller
TIG welder
Finger brake

(Techniques)
TIG welding
Grinding
Sanding
