We've all dealt with toxic players in competitive, they ruin Overwatch Gameplay for everyone. Blizzard is taking a big step to wield the BANHAMMER and strike players who grief and harass in game resulting in chat silences or competitive bans. They explain that this is just the first step in a series to make the game more welcoming. I can say, we welcome all that helps police toxic behavior in game, as it's a net benefit to the community.
