Here's how to make an aggressive shake transition (TikTok edit style) on Premiere Pro! No plugins are required. To make this transition, I'll first teach you how to make a slide transition using position, scale, and rotation. Then you'll learn how to manually create a hard/aggressive shake using the transform effect, and enhancing it using exposure (flash effect) and a blur of your choice (gaussian/camera).
