Tracing is a Great Way to Learn to Draw
Tracing is a great way to get better at art. One thing. Just be careful, posting art that you copied online is a bad idea, this is for learning. Here is what I would suggest. Start off with the piece of art you like. Either put a piece of paper over it or if you’re drawing digitally reduce the opacity and trace the line art.
