Justify is one of the horizontal alignment options in MS Excel. It is useful to merge the data from multiple cells into a single cell. It is very simple but sparsely used.

We must make sure to expand the column width to a good extent to accommodate all the text in a
single cell. This is important, as otherwise, the words will spill to the cells below.

In general, the justify alignment option will look better when used in wider columns. When dealing with wrapped text, the Wrap Text button will highlight automatically when justify is applied.
