Cattle raids - Karamoja leaders aiding cattle rustling
The third division Commander Brig Gen Joseph Balikuddembe has said local leaders involvement in cattle rustling is frustrating security efforts for total restoration of peace in the region.
This follows arrest of three local council leaders and one alleged fortune teller who have been aiding cattle rustling in Kaabong district by the joint security forces of UPDF and Anti Stock Theft Unit in Karamoja.
