Transcript:What is goody gang, so today I am going to be talking about some new speculations about the genshin 4.0 banners and why you shouldn’t 100% believe it. So there was recently some new speculations that released regarding the 4.0 banners but I would not believe this for a few reasons. So the user who is speculating these banners have said in the past that there are no archon reruns in 4.0, yet now they are claiming there is, So it doesn’t really make it credible when they keep flip flopping their mind on it. Now I could be completely wrong and these banners could be right as well but I just don’t think it’s the most credible when the person who says there are no archon reruns in 4.0 are now saying there are. But in case you want to know what the speculations for the banners are, these are the five stars that they are speculating. So for phase one they are speculating we get Lyney in the banner and this is obviously given considering he was in the drip marketing. Now from what I have seen across the internet he looks to be an insanely cracked unit so I lowkey might pull for him. As per the second character in first phase it has been speculated for a while we get Yelan but I honestly don’t think this makes sense. There are some characters that have not had a rerun in longer times than Yelan so I think they are more plausible unless Yelan has some connections to the Fontaine storyline. Now moving on to the second phase, the user speculated that we get Childe in the second phase and this has been popular for a while. And considering Childes relations with the Fatui harbingers and the massive presence of Arlechinno who is a Fatui harbinger in the Fontaine teaser I guess this makes sense. However the part that makes the least sense to me is a Zhongli rerun in 4.0 and this is for a few reasons. The first thing Is that it just wouldn’t make sense for him to rerun here if he was said not to rerun in the past by numerous people. On top of that I doubt they would start the Fontaine lineup of archon reruns with the same archon that they did in the Sumeru lineup of archons. And even more notably, we all know Zhongli’s connections to the dragon, and since 2024 is the year of the dragon I think this would place him at a perfect time for lantern rite. Since lantern rite takes place in Liyue and he obviously is the Liyue archon, along with the fact it’s the year of the dragon I feel like it makes more sense to rerun him then. Although this would be a long banner gap, I think it makes sense since the order of the archon lineup usually isn’t the same. If we take a look at the regular characters that haven’t had a rerun in a while though, this would be Itto and Xiao, so maybe they could rerun sooner than Zhongli or even Yelan. Then again I could be completely wrong but because these speculators keep going back and forth between things I don’t think it’s the best to take their information as 100%. We should just wait until the 4.0 livestream from Hoyo before to see the actual banners before you make any decisions of saving or spending and whatnot.
