Binatikos ni dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang desisyon ng Malacañang na patawan ng 60-day suspension si Davao del Norte Gov. Edwin Jubahib.
Ayon kay Duterte, labag sa due process ang suspensyon dahil hindi umano nabigyan ng pagkakataon si Jubahib na depensahan ang kanyang sarili.
