Custom cloud infrastructure as code with AWS CDK - CloudFormation Custom Resources Lambda Backed
Sometimes we have to build infrastructure and cloudformation doesn't provide a resource for us. When that happens we can use CloudFormation Custom Resources. There is one kind of custom resources that are the ones backed by a Lambda function and those allows you to do many things.
AWS CDK provides a mini framework to manage the lifecycle of your custom resources and makes it so easy to work with them. In this video I want to show you how to do it.
