Making cream pie:
First we will prepare the cream, I use five yolks, you can use just two eggs,But the yolks make the cream tastier. 500 ml of very hot ridge milk.Add Sugar to the yolks mix everything well and add starch mix everything until smooth .A small trickle with regular stirring, pour the milk into the yolks with sugar. As dovlela about one-third of the milk dissolves all the Sugar and pour all the milk well mix everything until smooth, pour the milk yolks back into the ladle and go to the stove, cook the cream on medium heat with regular stirring for about three minutes, after thickening the cream cook for about 40 30 seconds and pour the cream into another bowl so that the cream quickly cools, be sure to cover the top of the cream with a film in contact, so that the cream does not wind up ,the custard is very quickly covered with a dry crust.
The cream is ready I start preparing the dough.
Three eggs Combine with sugar add a pinch of salt whisk everything until light. I add vegetable oil, sour cream and mix everything well. Add flour, flour is better to add gradually so as not to overdo it with flour. I add baking powder with the first portion of the dough.The dough should be homogeneous and thick, and I show you how it should be. The form is covered with parchment and pour the dough. The cooled cream is Transferred to a bag or a pastry bag and put on top of the dough, make patterns with cream, it is better to make patterns in two layers. Remove the pie well preheated oven at 180° bake until ready, when the pie is browned on top you can start to check the readiness of a wooden stick at the exit it should be completely dry ,it should not be any dough, check the readiness in the place where there is no cream.

After cooling, the cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar and enjoy a very tender delicious melting cake in your mouth. The pie turns out very very delicious I hope you will like it ,this pie is one of my favorite pies.
