How to Mute a User on Discord Mobile.
This "tutorial" only talks about muting in relation with text messages, not voice messages.
As far as voice channels go, it is indeed possible to Mute individual users!
If you would like to mute individual users as far as text messages go, you would have to do that on a desktop device. To do so, simply right-click the user's name and tick the "mute" box.
