Reaper Tutorial - Live Mixing Solo Bus
In this video I'll show you a work around for Reaper's solo bus when mixing live. Using a DAW is a great way to mix your live stream, but one challenge you'll run in to is that most DAW's use a Solo-In-Place solo bus, which defeats the master output when you solo a channel. This isn't the desired functionality when mixing live. In the video I describe a method for creating a solo bus in Reaper that will work for live mixing.
