Solved by contacting my ISP and they put me on a "gamer pack" that has better routing, this costs more money, appearntly ISP in the world are trying to fight P2P file sharing by using network traffic management system that can also interrupt online games.

The game doesn't display my stats and can't find servers.

Waiting for data sometimes stuck

Then I get the message:
