Boris Grits at the end of October 2017 attacked Tatyana Felgenhauer, a journalist from Ekho Moskvy, with a knife. A psychiatric examination revealed that he had paranoid schizophrenia. This was reported to TASS by lawyer Sergei Badamshin, representing the interests of Felgenhauer. Grits found delusions of persecution, manic hostility, characteristic of this type of schizophrenia.
