The Likert scale data can be coded from 1 to 5 depending on the type of the scale used. The questions or items will need to be abbreviated in short names with no spaces before being imported into Jamovi. The Cronbach alpha reliability will need to be tested. If some items show low Cronbach alpha reliability below .70, the need to be reverse coded by transform 5+1 - Dollar sign source. After that, the overall mean score will need to be computed by summing items together and dividing them by their number. Then, other hypothesis testing procedures can be applied like normality, t-test, correlation, regression and ANOVA.
