Elite Dangerous: Goodbye Beta, Hello Gamma

Yesterday saw the release of the gamma-version on Elite: Dangerous, which set back the progress of the players.

This is a quick recap of the releases of the last week, as well as a first look at the new mechanics of the new version.

And I begin my voyage across the stars to my Eagle, which is conveniently placed a mere 160LY await from my starting point.
