The quest, the armor, and the unique scimitars, Soulrender and Bloodscythe, in The Elder Scrolls V: Dragonborn DLC.

The armor set is the best in the game when wearing the full set (yes, even higher than Daedric Armor set). It also has great special effects, making it easily the most wanted armor set for any light armor player at or above level 36.
The scimitars, Soulrender and Bloodscythe, are great as well. For comparison, the damage is on bar with Ebony Sword, Nightingale Blade and Stalhrim Sword. However, when dual wielding them together, they have nice effects:
Soulrender - absorbs 15 magicka and has a chance to lower the target's magical defenses.
Bloodscythe - absorbs 15 health and has a chance to lower the target's armor.

The Elder Scrolls V: Dragonborn is the third official add-on for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

The plot involves traveling to the island of Solstheim and the return of a mysterious former Dragon Priest called Miraak, one-time ruler of the island. Unlike the ancient Dragon Priests of Skyrim, he's purportedly the first individual to be gifted with the dragon blood, much like the Dragonborn, and possesses the ability to absorb Dragon souls.

The main questline also features traveling to Apocrypha, realm of Hermaeus Mora, Daedric Prince of forbidden knowlege. Here the Dragonborn must recover the mysterious Black Books in order to learn new powers and stop Miraak.

In addition, the add-on features a plethora of new quests, characters, dragon shouts, armor, weaponry and the ability to tame and ride Dragons.
