Finding A Lost Apple TV Remote
If you lost your Apple TV remote, there's a new feature in iOS and tvOS that may help you to find it. By loading up the “Remote” app in the iPhone Control Center, a missing Apple TV remote can be located… sorta.
It's not a precise locator — not like the Apple AirTag. It's more like the childhood game of “Hot and Cold”. The app shows if you're getting closer or further away from the Apple TV Remote. It felt like I was playing “Hide and Seek” with a missing Apple TV remote.
This is actually a very useful feature — but it requires a specific set of skills… and devices. 😄
