Fix Outlook the connected state of office add-Ins registered in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE cannot be changed. Some time we need disabled add-Ins in outlook because the add in crash. But we can't disable add in outlook from trust center with get error. the connected state of office add-Ins registered in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE cannot be changed
