This tutorial shows how to create cinemagraphs with Adobe After Effects. A cinemagraph is a blend of still photo and a video that has certain motion and frozen parts to it. To create a cinemagraph, start with shooting a video on a tripod. Next, mask out any portions that you would like to keep still, while leaving other parts in motion. I also show how to use Photoshop for masking a still frame for a cinemagraph.
