The Hissing Bull!
Have you ever seen a bull elk do this?

It looks somewhat similar to a "lip curl", but this bull was actually "hissing", which is a very aggressive posture they do to intimidate other bulls.

In this case, we had just shot a different bull and he was laying dead just 10 feet to our left. When this bull walked into his bedding area and saw the dead bull "sleeping" in his bed, he wasn't happy. #elk101
