We needed:
1 tbsp. melted butter, vegetable oil
meat (neck)
2 small onions
2 medium carrots
salt to taste
1 tsp curry
turmeric
1 tsp dry garlic
1 heaped teaspoon of pilaf spices
tomatoes with plums (winter preparation)
basmati rice 500 g
water (to cover the rice and a little on top))
