Total amount of Spice Mix:
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp all spice
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp onion
1 tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp clove
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp msg
1 Tbsp sugar
1.5tsp salt
1 lb of elbow macaroni
4 tbsp butter and flour
4 cups milk
5-6 cloves of garlic
Half the seasonings from above
24 oz sharp yellow cheddar
24 oz white cheddar
