You only need Vegas Pro 14 or higher. Drag and drop the veg files as a clip into your project. You can easly change the resolution up to 4K.

1. Gaussian Blur
2. Unsharp Mask
3. Gaussian Blur + Unsharp Mask
Go to the upper track and click on the Track FX icon. There are two modules to the right in the effect chain inserted that are unchecked. You can combine them to get a new text effect!
