In the 2018 Xbox One Dashboard Update, coming first to Xbox Insiders, you can link your discord to your Xbox Gamertag and have rich presence enabled for Xbox Live on Discord. I'll show you how to connect Xbox to Discord. Discord will show what you're playing on Xbox in the app.
