Darren Devastating Tactic in Football Manager 2021| FM21 | Retro Tactic from FM16
This is one of my favorite tactics in Football Manager because of the success I got when using it back in 2016. I am recreating this tactic in Football Manager 2021. It's a 4-1-2-3 tactic it was created by Darren from Football Manager Story.

While managing Margate in 2016, we got multiple promotions from the Vanarama Conference to the Premier League and even Champions League.
I know the match engine has changed significantly in the past five years, so it is interesting to see how well old tactics perform in the new match engine.
