Westworld season 1 episode 1 review. Westworld premiered this week and it didn't fail to delight. We were introduced to Westworld, main characters, and the general story line. Based of the 1970's film "Westworld" by Michael Crichton, this looks to be an epic SciFi thriller with cyborg "hosts" become sentient and discover they were created for the amusement of humans, their own creator.
