Improve your Box Jump Overs with two easy tips:⁣⁣
⁣⁣
👉 Jump at an angle, while landing with wider feet to easily "slip off" the other side on each rep. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
👉 Land tall so you make it easier to keep breathing the entire time. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Try them out in Wednesday's WOD, or anytime we have Box Jump Overs pop-up in our daily work. ⁣⁣
