So here's another question from our Linkedin post the other day about our youtube channel, and this one is what type of Linkedin ads have you found work best for your retargeting campaigns. And so, this is a simple question that probably has a more complex answer. And the simple answer is that the best ads are a layer of ads meaning that I'll show you my retargeting layer here. If you haven't seen this yet, we are running 10, 12 different campaigns in the retargeting layer.
Too much of the same audience, but each campaign has budget controls and a different kind of angle. So what I find works best in the retargeting layer is actually being more than just one-dimensional. So if I had, if I had absolutely this one goes back to September if I had to absolutely tell you um I can look here. I can say well the one that's providing the highest conversion value is actually my text ads interesting enough and it's because look at this for $4,000 worth of spend. We've produced three x ROI for total conversion value, and the reason it can do that is it's put out, oh, these are image ads.
Okay, I lied I got swept up there. So single image ads are probably the good old faithful and I kind of throw a whole assortment of creatives in this one group, and I keep this one pretty broad (with targeting) and let it kind of cycle through. It's the important thing on these is it's not just funnel it down to like one ad you should click this option and do rotate ads evenly because the idea is to expose them to a lot of different angles.
Creatives get in front of them in different ways, not just hit them over the head with the same ad. Even if it's your top performing add the layers of ads is what makes the difference. So single image ads is the, is the good old faithful but you can use that in different ways.
