Recipe:
300 g cheese
200 g lightly salted red fish
dill
lettuce leaves
Cut the cheese into pieces and put in a plastic bag. It is good to tie the bag and immerse it in boiling water for 10 minutes so that the cheese becomes soft. Take it out and roll it straight into a rectangular layer in the bag, cut the bag on top and leave the bottom.
Put the fish in thinly sliced layers on the cheese, sprinkle with chopped dill and tightly, roll up a tight roll with the help of the bag film. Put in the refrigerator for 3 hours, covering the roll with foil. Then cut across into circles and fold nicely onto lettuce leaves, garnished with dill.
