In this lesson, I demonstrate how Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power BI integrate with Excel to create a dynamic, scalable data analysis workflow. I begin by showing how Power Query allows you to import large datasets—even millions of rows—that Excel alone cannot handle, perform data transformations, and then load only the processed portion back into Excel. I then move on to Power Pivot, where I establish relationships between tables to create a data model, enabling seamless use of data across sources in PivotTables and PivotCharts. Finally, I illustrate how Power BI adopts a similar architecture: Power Query remains nearly identical, while the Power Pivot functionality is embedded within the Model View, providing relational logic without opening a separate interface. This video is ideal for professionals looking to understand how these tools operate independently yet in close coordination for efficient and scalable data reporting.
