How do I know I have the right size menstrual cup?
Menstrual cups aren’t a one size fits all. Sometimes you need a different size.
How to tell if I need a new size?
1. Check for folds.
Once the cup is inserted and you have tried EVERYTHING to get it to fully open, then most likely you need a smaller size.
2. Too small?
On the other hand, if the cup has fully opened and you are still experiencing leaks. It could be that you have a size too small and it is not able to create the suction seal due to the gabs.
